2025 Subscription invoices were issued in early January and payment was due by 31st January. A reminder notice was issued in early February for those members who hadn’t paid their subscriptions, and a further ‘overdue subs’ notice was sent to all unfinancial members on 1st March.
In accordance with our Constitution, on 14th March 2025 (which is six weeks after the subscription payment due date), any members who have not paid their subs will forfeit their membership and be advised accordingly.
If you have not received a subscription invoice, it may be that your email address in the system is incorrect. In this case, please urgently contact the Club Office so we can update your details and get the invoice to you.
We value all our members and would hate to lose anyone, but the Club needs to remain solvent after two poor snow seasons and we cannot afford to ‘carry’ unfinacial members.
